Think carefully before securing other debts against your home. Your
home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or any other debt secured on it.
All consultations are cost and obligation free. There will be a minimum fee for our service
of £495.00 for new clients £350.00 if referred by an existing client we will retain the commission from
the lender. Alternatively, you can choose the fee only option which is typically 0.5% of the amount
borrowed. The precise amount will depend on your circumstances and loan amount, and will be discussed
and agreed before you make an application.
*For expat and overseas mortgages the fee is £250.00 payable when the mortgage is agreed in
principle and up to 1% of the loan amount on offer, this will be confirmed in advance of any application
being made.
